We will have a one-time talk with you about quitting smoking, lasting around 90 minutes, based on reliable, scientific knowledge. We combine these with concepts individually tailored to you to create an experience that is both pleasant and effective. Your one-time investment is €250.

    General psychology deals with the description, explanation and prediction of human experience and behavior and then develops models for the basic laws and psychological functions of the average individual. On the basis of this scientific knowledge, functioning concepts for the sustainable cessation of smoking can be developed.

  • Differential Psychology

    The sole focus on the perspective of general psychology carries the risk that the individual differences between our clients are overlooked. While some of our clients will apply universal laws and concepts of quitting smoking very precisely, many will not. In order to meet you specifically and to be able to offer you an individualized concept, we also focus on differential psychology. Our regular examination of questions such as "What makes the differences between our clients?" and "How can our clients be understood as individuals?" enables you to have a tailor-made, long-term discussion about quitting smoking.

  • Neuropsychology

    Neuropsychology creates insights into the connections between human reactions, behaviors and the respective brain structures involved. Through our knowledge of and the use of current findings from this discipline, we enable you to have a "brain-friendly" conversation, especially with regard to perception, learning processes, memory and motivation.

  • communication psychology

    Communication psychology examines the structures and processes of communication. The communication behavior of people is analyzed, as well as influencing factors of communication, conditions of communication as well as results and consequences of communicative action.

  • systems theory

    The systems theory assumes that every person moves in at least one network of relationships, a so-called system (family, friends, job, organization,...) and that every person also has a system (the weaker bastard,...).

  • Hypnosetherapie

    Hypnosis is an intentionally induced trance that turns your attention from the outside in, allowing access to the unconscious. You always have complete control over your thoughts, feelings and actions. In this state you are able to make changes that are difficult or impossible to achieve without this form of trance.

The procedure

Our approach to smoking cessation is based on a three-step framework. Here is a brief overview of what you can expect:

1 request

Once you have initiated your inquiry, we will promptly arrange an appointment for your discussion on smoking cessation. Depending on your situation, you can expect your appointment within the next few days or weeks. Your investment of €250 is to be paid by bank transfer or Paypal by your appointment.

2 conversation

At the agreed time, we sit down for about 90 minutes and take our time for your individual situation. We question the hurdles that have kept you from quitting smoking. But also your wishes, goals, willingness, motivation and system context. Together we will work out ideas and possible solutions for your personal situation and design your next steps.


In some cases, our clients decide after the conversation to continue smoking, but without an agonizing, guilty conscience. From then on you accept your decision to smoke and enjoy the cigarette to the fullest.


However, most of our clients have found their individual way to quit smoking after this one-time tobacco cessation consultation, worked out their concrete steps, pursue their goal and go their own way.

3 aftercare

In a few cases, our clients do not feel up to the task of quitting smoking or new questions arise along the way. In this case, we offer you the opportunity to shape the path with us beyond the one-time discussion about smoking cessation. We will discuss individually what that will look like for you.
